An AI brief on the customer file

Open a customer's file, choose AI assistant, and get a short brief, a suggested next step, and a draft reply. Nothing is sent.

What changed

A customer file has a tab, AI assistant. It summarises who the customer is, including recent channel conversations, support cases, and activity from NabuRent and Nabusto. It suggests one next step and why, and it drafts a reply to the latest open conversation in the customer's language.

The draft is saved as a pending reply. When NabuPilot's approval address is set, it is handed to that queue. The customer is not messaged.

How to use it

  1. Open the customer's file from Pipeline.
  2. Select AI assistant.
  3. Press Prepare a brief.
  4. Read who they are and the suggested next step. The draft sits with the other pending replies until somebody approves it.

Good to know

  • The tab says AI not configured until the gateway address and key are set. The rest of the file still opens.
  • A read-only seat can read the brief. Saving the reply needs permission to change customers.
  • Preparing again, or a new message or order, replaces the brief. Until then it is kept for a short while so the file does not ask the model on every open.
  • A person who asked to be forgotten is summarised and not written a reply.

The phone app sends a call's recording and reads a business card

In the NabuOS phone app, Log this call? now takes the call's recording too, and its summary fills in the call you just logged. On the Customers tab, a photo of a business card from the camera or the gallery is read and saved as a lead. Both need the new app build.

Owner reports and approvals now reach Bale too

The AI employees' report, the reply coach's weekly report, business alerts, the cash radar warning and document approval requests now come from the business's own Bale bot as well as Telegram — and a document can be approved right there with /approve_doc_N.
