An account with no business is asked to create one

Opening the CRM without a business now leads to Create New Business, with a short explanation, instead of an error page.

What changed

Signing in with an account that does not belong to any business, then opening business settings or another CRM page, used to show a "page not found" error. The same account is now taken to Create New Business, and the form explains that a business is needed before the CRM can open.

An account that already belongs to a business is unchanged: settings still open that business.

How to use it

  1. Sign in with an account that has no business yet and open the CRM. Create New Business opens, with a note at the top.
  2. The same form opens from Business profile under Business settings, and from the other CRM pages, instead of an error.
  3. Fill in the business and save. Business profile then opens that business.

Good to know

  • The note is shown in the language of the account.
  • Someone who already works in a business is not sent to this form.
  • A guest invited into a project still cannot open business settings; that page says access is refused and offers the dashboard.

The phone app sends a call's recording and reads a business card

In the NabuOS phone app, Log this call? now takes the call's recording too, and its summary fills in the call you just logged. On the Customers tab, a photo of a business card from the camera or the gallery is read and saved as a lead. Both need the new app build.

Owner reports and approvals now reach Bale too

The AI employees' report, the reply coach's weekly report, business alerts, the cash radar warning and document approval requests now come from the business's own Bale bot as well as Telegram — and a document can be approved right there with /approve_doc_N.
